General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) — ELIQUIA

1. Purpose

These GTC govern the contractual relationship between the ELIQUIA online store (hereinafter "the Seller") and any person making a purchase (hereinafter "the Customer") on the website www.eliquia.be. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and prices

The products offered are premium collagen facial care products. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, USA, Canada), customs duties or import taxes may be claimed from the Customer by local authorities and remain their sole responsibility.

3. Order and payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. ELIQUIA accepts the following secure payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal. The Seller reserves the right to suspend any order processing in case of refusal of payment authorization by officially accredited organizations.

4. International delivery

Delivery zones: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Europe and North America.

Lead times: Orders are processed within 24/48 hours. The average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days (direct international shipping).

Tracking: A tracking number is automatically sent by email as soon as the package is shipped.

5. Right of withdrawal (European law)

In accordance with the European directive, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened or used care products cannot be returned.

Costs: Return costs are borne by the Customer.

6. Legal guarantee

ELIQUIA products benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (Belgian law). In case of a manufacturing defect, the Customer must contact support at eliquia@outlook.be.

7. Data protection (GDPR)

ELIQUIA commits to protecting the personal data of its Customers. These are collected solely for order processing and are never transferred to third parties. For more information, consult our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the courts of the judicial district of the publisher's registered office (Belgium) will have sole jurisdiction.
