Shipping Policy — ELIQUIA
At ELIQUIA, we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Here are the details of our delivery process.
1. Delivery Zones
We deliver worldwide. Our products are shipped directly from our international logistics centers to your address, wherever you are.
2. Processing Times
All ELIQUIA orders are processed and prepared within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Delivery Times (standard)
To offer you the best value for money, our products are shipped directly from our international logistics centers.
Belgium & France: 8 to 12 business days.
Luxembourg & Switzerland: 10 to 14 business days.
Rest of Europe: 10 to 15 business days.
International (USA, Canada, Asia, etc.): 15 to 25 business days.
Note: These times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to customs checks.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard delivery: FREE for all orders (Belgium & France).
Priority delivery + loss/theft insurance: €4.90 (optional, available at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order in real time directly on our Track My Order page.
6. Taxes and Customs Duties
For deliveries in Belgium and France, no additional taxes are generally charged. For Switzerland and countries outside the European Union, customs fees or import VAT may be applied by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Package Not Received
If your tracking shows that the package is "Delivered" but you have not received anything, we invite you to check with your local post office or your neighbors before contacting us at eliquia@outlook.be.
