Refund & Returns Policy — ELIQUIA
At ELIQUIA, we are confident in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, here is our clear and transparent return policy.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your package to change your mind and request a return.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Condition: The product must be new, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, opened or used masks cannot be returned.
3. Return procedure
Before any return, you must imperatively contact our support at eliquia@outlook.be stating your order number.
We will provide you with the return address.
Note: Do not send the package back to the sender's address on the label (logistics warehouse), as it cannot be processed.
4. Return costs
The shipping costs for returning your item are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Bancontact, Visa, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Defective or damaged items
If your ELIQUIA product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the problem. After verification, we will send you a new item free of charge at our expense.
